Patient Guide: How to Schedule & Complete Your Lab Work
We want to make getting your routine blood work as seamless as possible. Please note that all lab costs are fully included in your initial consultation appointment charges. You will not need to pay out-of-pocket for these tests at the facility.
We partner with Quest Diagnostics to fulfill your lab orders. Below is your step-by-step guide on how to schedule your visit, what to bring, and how to find your results.
Step 1: Choose Your Appointment Type (Scheduled vs. Walk-In)
You have two convenient options for completing your lab work. Review the choices below to decide which works best for you:
Schedule a Specific Appointment Time
Access the Scheduler: Click the "Schedule" button inside your confirmation email, or log into your Healthie client account, navigate to the left-side menu, and select the "Labs" tab.
Complete the Consent Form: The first prompt will ask you to complete a Lab Order Consent Form and provide some basic personal information requested by Quest.
Find a Location: Once completed, you will be directed to a scheduling page where you can enter your zip code to locate and choose a convenient Quest Diagnostics lab site.
Walk-In / Drop-In (No Appointment Needed)
If you prefer to walk into a facility without a pre-scheduled time, you must retrieve your Lab Order Requisition Number before you go so the lab can look up your file.
Log into your Healthie client account.
Select "Labs" from the left-side menu.
Complete the Consent Form: The first prompt will ask you to complete a Lab Order Consent Form and provide some basic personal information requested by Quest.
Click "View Order" next to your active lab order.
Look at the top-left corner of the form to find the "Requisition Number".
Write this number down or keep it ready on your phone; you will need to provide it to the Quest staff to link your order to their system.
Step 2: Choose Your Local Quest Lab Site
While you can enter your zip code online to find any Quest facility, here are three highly recommended local clinics available to you:

Step 3: Visit the Quest Lab Site
When arriving for your test, keep the following details in mind to ensure a smooth visit:
What to Bring: You must bring a valid photo ID.
Paperwork: Your lab order is sent electronically to Quest labs, so there is no physical paperwork or order form you need to print out and bring (unless you are doing a walk-in, in which case you just need your Requisition Number).
Payment & Insurance: Because your labs are pre-paid through your initial consultation, you do not need to provide any payment at the time of your appointment. However, if you have insurance and would like Quest to submit a claim for potential reimbursement or record-keeping, you may present your insurance card.

Step 4: Review Your Results
There is no need to call the clinic for your results. As soon as Quest processes your blood work, the results are automatically uploaded:
Both you and your provider will receive a notification.
Your full results will be securely available to view and download directly within your Healthie portal. Your provider will review these with you during your follow-up consultation!
