Initial consultation appointments are $500

To secure your appointment, you'll provide a card at the time of booking. Once Cory confirms, your card will be charged the $175 deposit. This amount will be applied towards your $500 consultation fee. Please note this is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

NO SHOW Clients will be charged the $175 deposit + an additional $250.

Once your appointment has been booked, please log in to your patient portal to complete any remaining patient forms. You will also receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Once your appointment is booked and confirmed, your labs will be ordered through Quest Diagnostics.

If you have previously worked with Cory, you will still need to book an initial consultation appointment. This will ensure continuity of care. Please indicate on your intake form if you have done labs in the last 6 months.
